We also thoroughly clean and sanitise every ride between hires using 70% isopropyl alcohol, and once each unit is dry we store it in a sealed 100 µm polyethylene bag (waterproof and dustproof) before delivery. Learn more about our cleaning & hygiene standards.

• For hires: You must be 18+, return equipment on time and in good condition, and follow all safety instructions.
• For purchases: You’re entitled to repairs, replacements, or refunds for faulty products as required by law.
• Privacy: We collect only the information needed to manage bookings and support customers.
• All data is stored securely on our service provider's systems and protected by modern authentication.
• We never share booking details or personal data with third parties except where required by law.
